Why should you consider the Manufacturer?

Learning about the company behind your water ionizer is critical. After all, an alkaline water ionizer is a major investment in your health. Would you buy a car without first knowing about the company that makes and sells that car?

Water ionizers are electrical appliances through which water flows – not exactly your basic appliance. Wouldn’t it be smart to know something about the company who is behind it? Wouldn’t you want to know if it is safe and made to last?

The electrode technology that alters the water is very sophisticated. It is easier and cheaper for companies to source this technology and then assemble the ionizer around the water cell. Therefore it is important to understand the difference between a true manufacturer of ionization technology and an assembler. Manufacturers will have a significant investment in electrode manufacturing technology – and are therefore a much better bet to be around for the long haul. Consequently, there have been many companies (almost always assemblers) that have come and gone in the ionization industry. You want to look for a company that has a solid track record – especially in the North American market.

Another crucial consideration is the certification position of the company. Do they have internationally accepted and recognized, quality assurance practices? Are the ionizers they make safe and do they use the latest technology?
